After speaking with parents, we learned that the Ferber sleep tips is a good place to start to get your baby to sleep. This technique is not for all parents and especially the light hearted parents. The most important takeaway from this baby tip is to find a sleep routine that works for your early in your baby’s life.
The Ferber method instructs you to let the baby cry in the crib by themselves. In a few minutes, you enter the room to soothe your baby. After the baby is calmed down, you leave the room and return after a longer period of time extending the crying period. Repeat this process until the baby falls asleep. This method can tough in the first few nights, however, it can be a quick way to get your baby to sleep on their own.
Our baby sleep tip devising a routine is the one we feel is the most important. Test different baby sleep routine methods and start early so you don’t have to cram the sleep technique in a few nights. However, if you have no choice because you have an energetic baby, then you can be strong and try the Ferber methods. Remember, getting your baby to bed starts with you so reading a book or playing some music, telling a story, was how our parents most likely got all of us to sleep!
